Phase 2

The solid particels are radially thrown against the wall of the vessel. They turn radially with the liquid and sedimentate in the center. A vortex sucks in enormous amounts of air, creating foam.
Phase 3

The radial flow causes the components to separate. Because of this design, homogeneous mixing without air entrainment is impossible.
Phase 1

Immediately after starting YTRON-Y, sedimented solids are rapidly being re-suspended by the strong axial directed jet stream.
Phase 3

The stator, with integrated flow deflectors, creates a long, directed jet stream, without rotation, to the bottom of the container. The jet stream ensures that
the product is completely homogenous.
